Woodingdean Carnival

We will meet between 10.00 – 10.15am at Central Park on Rudyard Road and set off at 10.30 to arrive at the Woodingdean school field around 11am.

*** VERY IMPORTANT NEWS to all performers when MSDC PARADES!!! Woodingdean Carnival being the first one this year🎉🎉🎉

Leave all your belongings in the car. Just bring your car key and maybe a credit card/cash if you think you will need it.
Martin Scott will pull the speaker with our music along the parade and will have just a backpack to hold VERY SMALL items for us…🙏🙏🙏

Arrive at 10am AS READY AS POSSIBLE in your REDS ❣❣❣

I would like to use it as an IMPORTANT rehearsal for BTN Pride 🏳️‍🌈 with MSDC

I would therefore be grateful if you could let me know who wants to take part, asap
I will need as many dancers available as possible to attend & hopefully the ones already committed to parade on Sat Aug 6th.

We will wear our sparkly red outfits with red headpieces and red feather boas.

Shoes – comfortable ones in gold, silver or nude. Male dancers can wear black shoes.

The new dancers of MSDC will have their first feel of how we Dance & parade at the same time before Brighton Pride 2022!!!

We will have a lot of FUN!!!

The Police have agreed to provide full support and the Neighbourhood Watch team will be arranging a number of marshals to help keep the parade moving and the participants safe.

However, please note, Woodingdean Community Association (WCA) cannot be held responsible for those individuals attending the parade, and attendees do so at their own risk.
